But a new survey from the Home Instead Senior Care network shows many seniors are redefining what it means to age in place, revealing that one in four plan to move to a new home to accommodate their changing needs. Among those who want to age in a new home, many older adults are searching for improved practicality – with top desired features, including single-floor living and easy or low cost of maintenance.
